Sick days gets the best of us

It seems like everyone is coming down with something these days, and with schools closing all around the area and the nonstop talk of the H1N1, it is a little unnerving when the kids come down with something. Little O didn't miss out, catching some sort of non-flu (thankfully) bug that lasted over a week.

Feeling sorry for Owen and missing her normally energetic brother, Paxton tried to take things into her own hands, offering up a little humor in the form of a hat from the local hot dog place.

Despite her best efforts, the hat didn't quite do the trick.

However, Owen did spend quite a bit of time watching the birds congregate on the bird feeder that he and Papi L built back in August.

Thankfully, we're all back on our feet again and ready for new adventures.
