Future Firefighters

For any kid that wants to grow up to be a fire fighter, the open house at the local fire department last weekend was a great opportunity to see the trucks, tour fire house, and talk to some "real life firefighters." Whoa!After climbing around on the trucks and taking his turn at driving, Owen stepped up to put out a fire with the fire hose and the assistance of fireman.
With the fires all out, we went inside to meet with Sparky the Firedog. A fun annual tradition for the little kids and the big "kids." You're never too old to think about being a fireman.
Just wait until they have the "be an account director or be a lawyer day." Kids are already lining up.
