Summer in the 'burbs

In addition to playing baseball in the yard or riding in his cars/tractors on the driveway, Owen also enjoys getting out on the town in the suburbs. This summer, downtown La Grange is home to a collection of painted adirondack chairs. Undoubtedly they will all be auctioned off to benefit some charity in the coming weeks or months, but for the time being, everyone has an additional seat or two around town. Owen has two favorites. The first is a chair that is shaped like an airplane that plays music whenever someone sits down. The second is a little larger and is located outside of city hall.
It shouldn't be hard to figure out who wins the auction bidding on this chair.
