First Day of School

It's that time of year when kids are packing there bags and heading back to class. For the first time, Owen is also part of that group, starting pre-school today. After a lot of hype about "school," he woke up pretty excited this morning.
With his bag all packed and ready, we loaded up the car and headed to school. We're proud to say that there were no tears shed during the dropoff. In fact, the only thing he really said was "Mrs. M is pretty cute" when his teacher was coming out of the school to get him. Goodness gracious...
In keeping with a little family tradition, Owen enjoyed a first-day-of-school cake at the end of the day.Tuesday and Thursday mornings should be pretty entertaining for the rest of the school year.
