A Picture is Worth 1000 Words...Sometimes

At the end of our Florida trip, as we were looking through all of the pictures, there was one picture that Brecken said I had to post to the blog. Very rarely does Brecken get so adamant about something such as a picture being posted to the blog, but the following picture was apparently worthy of such attention.

Personally, I didn't see the point, but Brecken wanted to express that after almost nine years of dating or marriage, this is the first time that the "Brecken, are you stupid?" look has been caught on film. For all the family and friends that see smiling Sean, this is apparently the alter ego. There, now you have seen it.

Of course, with the literary freedom that I have in this forum, I thought it would be a good idea to share my side of the story. To set the stage, let me explain that Brecken doesn't take a lot of pictures and will even admit to having a strong prescription for her eyes. Having seen a few of her earlier works from the trip, I was a little skeptical of what was unfolding at this moment. To seal the case in my favor, please take into consideration the following evidence in its original, undoctored form (no cropping, no anything):

Exhibit A: That sure is a nice looking pool and a really sharp ladder in the deep end.

Exhibit B: The trees in Florida sure are cool.

Exhibit C: I know my backside isn't flattering, but come on, I've been running lately.

I rest my case...and of course, I promise to be better about giving more positive looks at all times. I'd hate to be a bad influence on Owen in his formative years.
