A Labor Day Celebration!

Owen spent the three day weekend visiting grandma and grandpa L's house in Ohio. Between shopping with grandma, playing with great grandma H, and hanging out with grandpa, Owen kept everyone on his/her toes.

Grandpa L even shared his chair with little Owen the Not-so-Horrible. On Saturday, Owen enjoyed playing with his new puzzle. Here is a shot of grandpa helping Owen with the pull-out pieces. In addition to time with grandma and grandpa, Owen was especially excited about the fun news from uncle Erik. On Friday evening, uncle Erik proposed to "aunt" Sarah. We all enjoyed a celebratory dinner on Saturday evening. Owen tried on Erik's new hat at the dinner table and enjoyed playing peek-a-boo with the rest of the family.
