Rollin' Rollin' Rollin'...

After a fun New Years Eve with friends, Brecken and I spent the first two days of 2006 settling in to being home, taking down Christmas decorations, and preparing for the start of a new quarter. Nothing like reading Investments pre-work to kick things off.

Meanwhile, Owen continues to entertain us and keep us on our toes. He has taken a real fancy to his new Bumbo seat and likes to show off by sitting around and chatting up a storm. Here is a quick shot of him posing with Brecken.

Even more entertaining was his decision this afternoon to kick tummy time up a notch with some new moves.

That's right. We now have a rolling 7 week old. While very proficient in this new skill, he still isn't convinced that it is a good thing, as he finished off each turn with a cry rather than a pose. We'll keep working on his toughness.

Congrats to Brian and Alison on the arrival of Owen's new girlfriend Alannah and to Neil and Tara on Owen's future college roommate Kevin.
