Cookie! Cookie! Cookie!

One of the holiday traditions that Owen seems to enjoy the most is cookies. While he has already perfected the consumption part of the process, Brecken has been working with him on the production process. Here are a few pictures of his efforts with gingerbread. Look at the concentration and confusion as the batter starts to stick to the rolling pin.
Have you ever seen so much patience and anticipation in one picture..."can we take them out of the oven yet?"
Out of the oven and ready to eat, the cookies go well with a big cup of hot chocolate.
